A tool we wished existed. So we built it.

Partnr started as a vendor's problem. Send a SOW, lose the reply. Send a quote, lose the version. Send a brief, lose the client. We built the place those deals can live instead.

Why Partnr exists

Every vendor knows the pattern. You send a quote. The client replies with questions. You answer in email. They reply with a change request. You send a new version. Someone calls. The agreement gets updated verbally. Six months later, a new account manager joins and asks, what did we actually agree?

That conversation doesn't belong in an inbox. It doesn't belong in a shared drive. It doesn't belong in a CRM, CRMs are for tracking pipeline, not for living inside a deal.

Partnr is the place a single deal can live. From the moment you draft the quote to the moment it's signed, and beyond, so the audit trail is something you have, not something you build.

The product works for buyers too. Procurement teams, programme managers, and supplier networks use the same workspace from the other side. But it was built from the vendor's side of the table. It shows.
